FlagQuest is a free game provided as-is for personal, non-commercial entertainment. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, automated tools or modified clients to submit scores.
• Attempt to manipulate, flood or falsify the leaderboard or challenge links.
• Interfere with the site's operation, security or availability.

We may remove any score we believe to be fraudulent, and we don't owe you an explanation for a deleted entry.

Your nickname is shown publicly on the leaderboard. Don't use names that are hateful, harassing, obscene, impersonating someone else, or that contain personal information. We may remove or rename entries that break this rule.

The site displays third-party advertising. We don't control the content of those ads and we aren't responsible for products, services or websites you reach through them. See the privacy policy for how advertising cookies work.

The FlagQuest name, design, code and original copy belong to us. National flags are public symbols of their respective countries; flag images are served by FlagCDN. Country names follow the list of United Nations member states and are used for educational purposes. Nothing on this site represents a political position on borders, sovereignty or naming disputes.

We try hard to keep the game accurate and online, but we don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every answer and hint is perfect. Features, modes and leaderboards may change or disappear.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlagQuest is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site — including lost scores, lost streaks and bruised egos.
